Friendly service and absolutely outstanding food. The banana bread, the cinnamon swirl pancakes, chicken and waffles, stuffed French toast.... if you are a breakfast lover, this place is for you. It has a cute country style to it, it's not a big place, and you never wait long to be served. My family and I love Project Brunch!

Love the food especially the clothes line bacon! The staff is super friendly and courteous.

This brunch was absolutely phenomenal!!!! And so was the service!!!! The waitress was so attentive and so nice. I loved the bacon egg and cheese on a waffle. The over easy egg exploded with runny yolk just the way I like it. The waffle had delicious chives in it & was very fluffy. It was such a huge portion and extremely filling. The breakfast potatoes and seasoned to perfection and so good. The cookie butter latte was so pretty I didn't even want to drink it!!!! The presentation was great and it was very good. I'll be seeing you soon again, Project brunch!

Recently tried Project Brunch and had a decent experience. Seated at the bar, we were greeted with a vast menu offering multiple options. My girlfriend opted for the avocado toast platter, which she enjoyed overall, although one egg was undercooked and there was a lot of arugula. I chose the buffalo chicken waffle, initially liking it but eventually finding the buffalo sauce overwhelming, and agreeing with my girlfriend about the excessive arugula. Despite these minor issues, Project Brunch is still worth a visit for its varied menu and overall enjoyable experience.

As a resident of New Jersey, Project Brunch has been on my brunch bucket list for a while. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was a location in Staten Island as well. As with many Staten Island places, there is limited parking in a small lot, but fortunately, we were able to snag a spot right as someone was leaving! There was no wait for 2 at 10 am on a Saturday morning and we were sat at the high chair area. We ordered the avocado toast platter, buffalo chicken sandwich, and orange juice. All the food was beautifully presented and looked wonderful! However, although the arugula enhanced the appearance of the dishes, we both thought that it was overpowering and excessive. One of the eggs in my avocado toast platter was an undercooked sunny side up and there was a lack of avocado underneath the mountain of arugula. However, it was overall pretty good and satisfied my avocado toast craving. The potatoes on the side were also tasty as they were well cooked and seasoned. My boyfriend enjoyed the first half of his sandwich bur eventually found the buffalo-ness of the sandwich to be too much. Similarly, the fries had a nauseatingly large amount of cheese. Despite all this criticism, we overall did enjoy our experience at Project Brunch and I would come back again!

We happened to just drive by the place and found a gem! We just moved to the island so we were just exploring a bit! I don't remember our servers name but she was the one who recommended the hanging bacon. Which btw 100/10. All the meals we ordered were 10/10 but there's something about the thick cut hanging bacon that literally sent me Since this place is popular there is a bit of wait time but like I said food is good so it's worth the wait! Will be coming back !

Food and service is good. Love the farmhouse ish ambiance. I like their banana bread, pancakes and burrito and more.

THE BEST BRUNCH FOOD. EVER. This place is my FAVORITE spot on the island. Everything on the menu is insanely delicious. The cinnamon bun loaf ... I dream about it. Literally salivating as I'm writing this review. The service is amazing -- the staff is so kind. Ambiance is also incredible. This restaurant is just all around a 10/10.
